This collection of stories comprises of a broad range of subjects, from a college couple trying to figure out their young relationship to a 30-something woman who's disillusioned with her marriage, from a well-intentioned young girl who answers an ad to pose nude to a not-so-well-intentioned private eye who puts professional ethics aside in pursuit of sex. There's a good amount of plot and characterization propping up the Kindle-searing sex scenes. There's a 17,000 word novella, a 4,000 word short and many in between.
"Send in the Clown" (Word count: 13,600)
Disappointed love. An unusual part-time job. A group of horny college guys. One hell of a sexy clown. They all come together in this story, where a little twist of fate leads Erin to do things she never imagined.
"What's Mine Is Yours" (6,900)
Jason is irate that his on-again off-again girlfriend was with another guy. His anger subsides as time goes by, but he can't get the thoughts out of his head - and his anger turns into something else entirely.
"Easy Money" (7,400)
Lauren is an adventurous young girl who answers an ad to pose nude. It's an easy - and arousing - way to earn some extra cash. But in the end, she may not get exactly what she expects.
"Intro to Acting" (4,500)
Justin is a pretentious teaching assistant who wants Evelyn to do much more than an extra credit paper to earn a good grade. Sarah and Kevin are a young couple who perform sex shows to earn extra money. The two plot lines interweave and will keep you guessing how they come together till the very end.
"Going to California" (11,700)
Jesse, a typically upstanding Midwestern guy, is having problems. An old friend invites Jesse to stay with him in California for a while to get away from his trouble at home. It seems like a good idea, until Jesse meets his friend's girlfriend.
"Anya" (7,700)
Anya, the daughter of Peter's uncle's Russian mail-order bride, introduces Peter to a sexual awakening and makes the summer before his senior year the best yet. But things aren't going so well for Anya, and what happens that summer may have consequences that haunt them both for the rest of their lives.
"Private Dick" (5,700)
Lester is an overweight and underpaid private eye. But he can still get laid. He'll do whatever it takes.
"Rajani's Box" (4,200)
Erotic personals web sites promise more than they deliver, or so learns our protagonist. Things go downhill fast when he goes to one couple's house - until he meets the beautiful wife.
"Young Love, Young Lust" (17,000)
Brian and Liz are a college-aged couple trying to navigate the rocky terrain of a young relationship. Liz wants a stronger commitment from Brian; Brian likes Liz, but he's young and horny and wants to play the field. After experimenting sexually to try to find some common ground, neither is sure what they want. This story is told from alternating points of view, and some of the action repeats as we see it first from Brian's and then Liz's perspective.
